A boiler is the most expensive thing in most houses that nobody looks at. Getting the size and type right matters more than the badge on the front, and that is what the survey is for.
We fit combi, system and regular boilers from three manufacturers we trust, chosen because their parts arrive next day and their warranties are honoured without an argument. As approved installers we can offer seven to ten year warranties, and we register them with the manufacturer and notify building control, so you get the certificate without doing anything.
The survey is free and takes half an hour: we measure the house, count the radiators and bathrooms, check the gas supply and the flue position and tell you which size and type suits the house, not the most expensive one. The quote is fixed and includes the magnetic filter, chemical flush, new controls where needed and taking the old boiler away.
Most swaps are done in a day, with the heating and hot water back on by teatime. A conversion from a regular boiler to a combi is usually two days.

How long does a new boiler take to fit?
A like-for-like combi swap is one day. Moving the boiler, converting from a regular system or adding a lot of pipework is two. We tell you which at the survey.
Combi or system boiler?
A combi suits most houses with one bathroom and no more than ten radiators: no tank, no cylinder, hot water on demand. Two or more bathrooms used at the same time usually want a system boiler and an unvented cylinder. We size it from the house, not the brochure.
Do you offer finance?
We can introduce you to a finance provider for new boilers over £1,000; typical terms are 2 to 10 years. Subject to status; details and the representative example are on the quote.
