We fit and move radiators, replace valves with thermostatic ones, balance systems, and fit full new systems in renovations and extensions. Power flushing clears the sludge that stops radiators heating at the bottom and shortens pump life; we show you the water that comes out.
Underfloor heating goes in with the screed on new extensions and as a low-profile overlay on existing floors. Smart controls (we fit two makes and set them up on your phone before we leave) typically cut gas use by a tenth on a house with a schedule.

Questions people ask
Why are some radiators cold at the bottom?
Sludge: iron oxide from the inside of the radiators settling at the bottom. A power flush clears it and a magnetic filter stops it coming back. Cold at the top is air, which is a bleed.
Is underfloor heating worth it?
In an extension with a new screed, yes, almost always: it runs at a lower temperature, works well with modern boilers and frees the walls. Retrofitting under an existing floor is more expensive and we will tell you honestly if a bigger radiator does the job.
