How we work
Four things you can hold us to.
Gas Safe registered
Every engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card, and the registration number is on every certificate and invoice. Ask to see the card; we would rather you did.
Fixed prices, quoted first
Services, certificates and call-outs are fixed prices. Repairs are quoted after the first hour's diagnosis and agreed before any part is fitted.
24-hour emergencies
A real engineer answers the emergency line, day or night. Two hours to a burst pipe or a gas smell in CF82, CF83 and CF37, usually quicker.
Up to 10 years' warranty
New boilers come with manufacturer warranties of seven to ten years because we are approved installers, and we register them for you.
Emergencies
Burst pipe at midnight? A real engineer answers.
The emergency number goes to the on-call engineer, not an answering service. Two hours to CF82, CF83 and CF37 any time of day or night, usually under an hour, and a fixed call-out price told to you on the phone before we set off. While you wait we talk you through the stopcock.

New boilers
Fitted in a day, warranted for ten years.
A free half-hour survey, a fixed quote that includes the filter, the flush, the controls and taking the old one away, and an A-rated boiler sized for the house rather than the brochure. Most swaps are done by teatime with the warranty registered before we leave the street.

Boiler died on a Sunday in January with a two-week-old baby in the house. Rhodri was here in an hour and a half, got it going with a part from the van, and the new boiler went in on the Wednesday at the price quoted on the Sunday.
