Breakfast rolls

Bacon, sausage and egg in soft floured baps from seven, the full roll with a hash brown, porridge, and a tea or coffee for the van.

A soft floured bap filled with bacon, a fried egg and a sausage, with a takeaway tea

The shutter goes up at seven for the vans heading to the business parks and the A472. Breakfast rolls run until eleven.

Bacon is dry-cured from a butcher in Bargoed, the sausages are pork from the same butcher, and the eggs are free range, fried to order. The full roll is bacon, sausage, egg and a hash brown or beans, in a bap that just about holds it.

There is porridge with golden syrup or banana for anyone who wants something lighter, and tea or a proper coffee from the machine. A roll and a tea is £4.50 before nine.
