£5 a session or £45 a term, a parent books, no contact ever
Kids' boxing fitness, 8 to 15
Boxing fitness for children aged eight to fifteen in two age groups: footwork games, skipping, pad and bag work, balance and coordination, and the confidence of learning something hard. No contact, ever. A parent or carer books, and Kerry, our safeguarding lead, runs every session.

Kids' boxing fitness is about movement, focus and confidence, not fighting. Children learn to stand, move, skip and hit a pad or a bag properly, in short rounds and plenty of games, in a group of their own age. Nobody punches another child, nobody spars, and there are no competitions.
Sessions are forty-five minutes: a warm-up game, skipping and footwork ladders, a technique round on the pads with a coach, a round on the junior bags, a partner game that never involves hitting each other, and a cool-down. Groups are twelve at most with two adults on the floor. Children wear their own trainers and comfortable clothes; we lend junior gloves and wraps, wiped down after every session.
A parent or carer books, fills in the health and consent form, and either stays (there are seats by the door) or collects on time. Kerry is our safeguarding lead; both coaches hold enhanced DBS checks and paediatric first aid (shown as placeholders on this demonstration site), and our safeguarding policy is on the wall and available to any parent who asks. We never photograph children without a parent's written consent.

Questions about kids, 8 to 15
Will this make my child aggressive?
Parents tell us the opposite: children who have a hard, focused hour twice a week tend to be calmer. The rules about respect are the first thing taught and the last thing said.
Can I watch?
Yes. There are seats by the door, and parents of the under-twelves usually stay for the first few weeks.
The first round is free. Twenty minutes on the pads.
Tell us what you are after and roughly when you can train, and we reply within the hour between rounds with a time: how to stand, a wrapped hand, the jab and cross, and an honest answer about where to start. No card details, and nobody hits you.
