What things cost.
Everything on one page, including the things that are free. Nothing here changes depending on who is asking, and if we think you do not need it we will say that as well.
Next wax clinic slot
Tuesday 10 November, from 9:30am
Clinics are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. We always offer at least 2 days ahead, so you can put a drop of olive oil in each ear for two nights first. £45 one ear, £65 both.
Book that slotOn the NHS
NHS hearing tests and aids are free through your GP, who refers you to the hospital audiology service. There can be a wait. If that is the route for you, we will print any results we have so you can take them along. Many GP surgeries in Wales no longer remove wax, so ask yours first: if they will do it for free, let them.

Questions about prices
Is the test really free?
Yes. It takes an hour and you take the results home with you. We can do this because some of the people who come in go on to buy aids, and most of those who do not come back when they need them.
Why the range on hearing aids?
Because aids range from plain and reliable to rechargeable with phone streaming. We show you the differences with the price on the table, and most people do not need the top one.
Can I pay in instalments?
For aids, yes: twelve equal monthly payments with no interest, arranged with us directly. There is no finance company and no credit check.
Book a free hearing test.
An hour, no charge, no obligation. You see the results and you take them home. If it is wax, the next clinic is usually within the week.
