Offices, shops, cafés, rental flats, communal areas
Commercial decorating
Offices, shops, cafés, surgeries, rental properties and communal stairwells decorated around your opening hours, with low-odour paints, out-of-hours working and one invoice.
Commercial work is about not being in the way. We paint the reception on Saturday, the office on Sunday, and you open on Monday to a finished job and no smell.
Landlords and letting agents use us for turnarounds between tenants: a two-bed flat repainted throughout in two to three days with a durable washable finish, a fixed price per property and photographs before and after for the inventory. Offices, shops, cafés and surgeries get low-odour, quick-drying paints, work scheduled outside your hours and a team sized to finish in one closure.
Communal stairwells and landings in blocks of flats are a speciality of a sort: hard-wearing paint, fire-rated where required, scaffold towers on the stairs, and residents told what is happening and when. We carry £5m public liability, risk assessments and method statements, and we have never had a job rejected by a facilities manager.

Questions about commercial
Do you work for letting agents?
Yes, for several in north Cardiff. A fixed price per flat type, keys collected from the office, photographs sent the day we finish, and the invoice to whichever landlord it is.
Get a price per room.
Jo visits, looks at the walls and the woodwork, and sends a fixed price per room within two days. Add a colour consultation and the £95 comes off the job.
