Which way of paying is cheapest?

Pick how many sessions a week you will realistically come and the page works out a month on each of the three ways to pay. No contracts on any of them, and the first session is free whichever you choose.

Questions about paying

Is there a joining fee or a contract?

No. Membership is a calendar month and stops with a text before the first of the next. Passes are paid once.

What if I join mid-month?

The first month of membership is charged for the days left, so joining on the 20th costs about a third of £39.

Can I pause membership?

Yes, for injury, illness or a holiday of two weeks or more. Text us and we pause it; no charge while paused.

Do passes work for the family session or couch to 5k?

No: the family session is £12 a family (£6 for members) and couch to 5k is its own nine-week price. Passes and membership cover the seven weekly bootcamps and the winter hall.

Your first session is free. See you at the bandstand.

Tell us which sessions suit and we reply within the hour between sessions with a time. Come ten minutes early, in trainers and layers, and whoever is leading will show you round and give you the easiest version of everything.
