Fourth unit on the left as you come into Pentrebach Industrial Estate from the A4060 roundabout. Grey cladding, no sign worth mentioning, the shutter open and the lights on from quarter to six.
Getting here, and what to bring.
Where we are
Unit 12, Pentrebach Industrial Estate, Merthyr Tydfil CF48 4DR. Through the estate entrance off the A4060 roundabout, past the tyre place, fourth unit on the left with the shutter up.
Parking
Free, in front of the unit and along the estate road. On sim Saturdays the road is quiet and closed to through traffic from 7:30am to 11am.
By train and bus
Pentre-bach station on the Merthyr line is an eight-minute walk: turn left out of the station and follow the estate road. The Merthyr to Cardiff buses stop on the A4060 at the estate entrance.
What to bring
Flat trainers, water and a towel. Lockers take a pound coin, which you get back. Showers have towels for the sims only.
Inside
One big room: the 40-metre turf lane down the middle, ergs along the left wall, racks and the wall-ball wall on the right, changing rooms and the kettle at the back.
Access
Everything is on the ground floor and the shutter entrance is level. There is an accessible toilet and shower. Tell us if you need anything else and we will sort it.

Book any class the night before and tell the coach at the door it is your first. You get the lighter option at every station, a coach nearby, and nobody watching the clock but you. Or come to a race sim and see what the whole thing feels like.
