The flavour wall

Today's sixteen, Wednesday 21 October.

Thirty-two flavours, sixteen in the window, chosen by a rotation that moves along five places a day so no flavour is away for more than four days. Here is today's, with the vegan, gluten-free and nut-free ones marked, and the other sixteen with the day each is next in.

Sixteen open steel tubs of homemade ice cream in a display freezer seen from above, raspberry ripple, pistachio, salted caramel, chocolate, mango and others, swirled tops

Gluten-free means no biscuit, cake or malt in it, served in a cup; the cones are wheat (a gluten-free cone is 50p). Nut-free means no nuts in it and scooped from the nut-free end with its own scoop; the kitchen handles nuts, so we cannot promise a nut-free kitchen. The allergen card for all thirty-two is on the counter.

Not in today

14 more gluten-free in a cup, and when each is back.

Any of these can be in a tub with a day's notice on the order page.

Questions about the flavours

Can you make a flavour that is not on today?

For a tub ordered a day ahead, yes, any of the thirty-two in a litre or a five-litre. Single scoops are what is in the window.

Are the cones gluten-free?

No; the cones and waffle cones are wheat. A gluten-free flavour is served in a cup, and we have gluten-free cones in a sealed packet behind the counter for 50p.

Sixteen in the window today, and a tub ready in two hours.

The flavours page shows today's sixteen from the thirty-two with the vegan, gluten-free and nut-free ones marked. Order a tub to collect without queuing, book the striped cart for a wedding, or a place at the Saturday school, on one form.
