Same-day make-safe, insurance-ready reports
Storm and emergency repairs
Ridge tiles and slates blown off, trees through roofs, leaks through ceilings: made safe the same day, photographed for your insurer, and repaired properly once the weather allows.

After a storm the job is to stop the water, then to get the evidence your insurer wants, then to fix it properly. In that order.
Ring the storm line and someone comes the same day, usually within a few hours. We sheet and weight the damaged area, clear anything that could fall on the pavement and get the water out of the loft where we can. Everything is photographed before and after, from the drone when the wind allows, and you get the photographs and a written report the same evening in the form insurers ask for.
The permanent repair follows once the weather settles. If it is an insurance claim we deal with the loss adjuster directly if you want us to; we have done hundreds and know what they need. If it is not, the make-safe fee comes off the repair.

Questions about storm repairs
Will my insurer pay for the make-safe?
Almost always. Most policies require you to prevent further damage and pay for reasonable emergency work. Keep the invoice and the report; both are written with that in mind.
What do I do before you arrive?
Put a bucket under the drip, move anything valuable out from under it, and stay off the roof. If a tree or a chimney is down and something could fall on the pavement, ring the council or the police first.
Get the roof looked at properly.
A free drone survey, a photo report you keep, and a fixed quote that includes the scaffold and the skip. Storm damage: ring the storm line, any hour.
