These are guide prices for typical houses. The exact figure comes from the drone survey, and once quoted it does not move unless we find rotten timber under the old roof, which we photograph and price before touching.

Typical houses, normal access. Steep pitches, three storeys, conservation areas and roofs over a pavement cost more for the scaffold; we say so in the quote, never after.

Paperwork included
Building control notification where it applies, the guarantee certificate, and the survey photographs before and after, all emailed within a week of finishing.
Paid in stages
Nothing up front. A third when the scaffold goes up, a third at first fix, the balance when you are happy and the skip has gone.
