Every free hour, for a fortnight.

The hours below are the diary, read with the clock: anything already booked or less than two hours away is gone. Pick a day, pick an hour, and the form below fills the date; tell us the treatment and the length and we confirm within the working day.

An empty sports massage treatment room on a second floor: a treatment couch with a bone-white cover and a clay-orange towel, a tall sash window onto rooftops

Next free slot: Today, 21 October, 8am

Tuesday 27 October

Slots start on the hour and last up to forty-five minutes; an hour or ninety minutes takes the next slot too, and we confirm it. Sundays and race days closed.

Before you come

Shorts or clothes you can be treated in, the shoes you run in, a photo of your desk if that is the problem, and the training plan if you are on one. Two flights of stairs and no lift; ring if that is a difficulty and we come to you.
