Tell us what the appointment is for, how soon you need it, and a date that would suit, and we reply within the working day with a time. The design hour for a commission is £60 and comes off the price; fittings and a look at the cabinet are free; a valuation is £55 for the first item. Repairs and batteries need no appointment at all.

So we know how far you are coming; most customers are within half an hour of the arcade.
