I have sat in a lorry for thirty years. Rhys told me up front what NICE says about backs. I gave it six sessions anyway. It eased a bit, I sleep better, and he has me doing stretches at the depot.
She told me on day one it would not make IVF work. I went anyway, for the hour. It was the only appointment in all that time where nobody was looking at a screen.
I could not take HRT. I sleep a bit better, and I get fewer of the bad nights with the sweats, though Ling said that might be the rest as much as the needles. I do not much mind which.
Nobody said I would look ten years younger, so I am not disappointed. It is the nicest hour of my month, and I look less tired after.
It helped my shoulders feel loose. Rhys warned me about the marks, but I still forgot I was going swimming that weekend. Parking up the hill in the old town can be a pain too.
