Your course

Your course.

Choose what you are coming for and how often. We work out a typical course length and what it costs, and put an honest note on the evidence right next to it. It is a general guide: your own will be agreed in the room.

How often could you come?

How it works

Numbers, then the evidence.

Choose what you are coming for and how often, and you will see the usual number of sessions, how many weeks that takes, what it costs in total, and our honest reading of the research: including where NICE is not on our side.
