Four appointments and three exercises I actually do. Rhys explained exactly what was going on with a plastic spine on the desk. First time anyone had.
Reviews
What patients say, four stars included.
Six of two hundred and forty-seven, one for each kind of treatment. Reviews describe individual experiences; results vary from person to person.

Six of two hundred and forty-seven.
Pelvic pain at twenty-eight weeks and I could barely walk the dog. Anna treated me on my side with a mountain of pillows and it eased within a fortnight.
Bus driver, bad neck. Rhys had me move the seat and the mirrors as well as treating it. Should have come two years ago.
My headaches are much less frequent. Four stars because I wanted a Saturday appointment and had to wait a fortnight; worth it.
Achilles pain before the Swansea half. Rhys did not tell me to stop, he told me how much to run. I finished, and it has not come back.
Seventy-eight and wary. Anna was gentle, explained everything, and gave me exercises I can do in my chair. I am back in the garden.
Patients are invited to leave a review through an independent platform after their treatment ends. We do not offer anything for reviews and we publish the four-star ones.

The first appointment is an hour and £58: questions and examination before any treatment, an honest view of whether osteopathy is the right thing, and a plan in plain words. Book a slot from the diary or ring the clinic.
