Getting here

The Kingsway

Number 3 is near the Dillwyn Street end, between the coffee shop and the bank, with the bluestone-grey door. The clinic is on the ground floor; there are no stairs.

From the station

Swansea station is a ten-minute walk down High Street and along the Kingsway, or one stop on any bus heading for the Quadrant.

By bus

The bus station at the Quadrant is six minutes' walk; many routes also stop on the Kingsway itself, two minutes from the door.

Parking

The multi-storey on Mariner Street is five minutes away, and there is on-street pay-and-display on Dillwyn Street. Blue badge holders can use the bays on Picton Terrace.

Access

Step-free from the street, a ground-floor treatment room with a height-adjustable couch, and an accessible toilet. A chaperone can be in the room if you would like one.

Cycling

Bike racks on the Kingsway outside the door, and you are welcome to bring a folding bike inside.

Lost, or running late? Ring 01792 496 0930 or text 07700 900930.

Swansea Bay at sunrise seen from the promenade, the long curve of sand and the Mumbles headland in soft light

After your appointment

The best exercise in Swansea is ten minutes away.

The bay is a ten-minute walk from the door, and a flat stroll along the promenade is the most common thing we prescribe after a first appointment for back pain. Walk as far as is comfortable, turn round before it is not, and do a little more next time.

Book an appointment, or ask first.

The first appointment is an hour and £58: questions and examination before any treatment, an honest view of whether osteopathy is the right thing, and a plan in plain words. Book a slot from the diary or ring the clinic.
