Half the orders on a Saturday night are off the board and half are somebody's own idea. The build-your-own page is there so that you know what your own idea costs before you get to the counter, and so that we know what it is before your slot comes round.
Choose a base: the classic with San Marzano tomato and fior di latte; the bianca with garlic oil, fior di latte and rosemary; the vegan with tomato and our cashew mozzarella; or the gluten-free, a ten-inch base with tomato and fior di latte on its own peel. Then add up to six toppings. More than six and the middle of the pizza does not cook in ninety seconds; we learnt that on a busy night in our first year.
The page works without any script at all: tick what you want and press the button, and the server adds it up and shows each line and the total. The button underneath takes the pizza, with its price, into the order form, so you only have to pick a slot and give us your name. Every topping carries its allergens and whether it is vegetarian or vegan, so that a vegan base does not end up with nduja on it by mistake.
