Single implants, implant-retained dentures, bridges, new dentures
Implants and dentures
Replacing missing teeth: a single implant that looks and works like the tooth it replaces, implants that hold a loose denture still, bridges, and well-made dentures for the people who prefer them.

A missing tooth is a choice between four things: leave the gap, a bridge, a denture, or an implant. Each has a price, a lifespan and a downside, and the consultation is where we lay them out honestly.
An implant is a titanium root placed in the jaw under local anaesthetic, left to heal for three months, then fitted with a crown. It does not touch the neighbouring teeth, it cleans like a tooth, and well looked after it lasts decades. Anna places and restores ours, with a 3D scan beforehand to plan the position; the cases that need bone grafting or sinus work go to a specialist oral surgeon we work with.
For people with a lower denture that will not stay still, two implants with press-stud attachments change their lives for a fraction of the cost of a full set. Bridges remain the right answer in some mouths and we say so. And for the people who want or need dentures, we make them properly: several visits, a trial fitting, and adjustments included for the first three months. Ten-year guarantee on implants and bridges.

Questions about missing teeth
Am I too old for an implant?
No. Age is not the limit; bone, gum health and general health are, and the scan and the consultation tell us. We place implants for patients in their eighties. Smoking and uncontrolled diabetes are the two things that make them fail.

A new patient examination is £75 with X-rays and photographs, or £18.50 a month on the membership plan with two hygienist visits a year and 10% off treatment. Nervous? Ask for James and start with a conversation.
