Weekly or fortnightly, the same cleaner, the same slot
Regular cleaning
A weekly or fortnightly clean of the whole house by the same cleaner at the same time, working to a room-by-room checklist that is ticked and left on the side. £19 an hour, three-hour minimum, our products and kit.

A regular clean is the one most of our homes have: the same person on the same morning every week or fortnight, who knows which cupboard the bin bags are in, which tap drips and which child's room is a no-go zone, working through the same checklist until it is done.
At the first clean your cleaner walks the house with you and you agree what is in: every visit the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, bins and beds; on rotation the inside of the microwave, the skirting boards, the cupboard fronts, the windowsills, the tops of doors. The checklist is written up from that walk and a copy lives in the caddy. Each visit it is ticked and left on the worktop, with a note if anything was skipped and why.
We bring everything: plant-based concentrates in refillable bottles, colour-coded cloths so the bathroom one never touches the kitchen, our own vacuum and mop. If you have a product you want used, say so and we will use it. Holidays are covered by a cleaner you have been introduced to and you are told the week before; if you would rather skip the visit than have someone new, that is fine, with a week's notice.

Questions about regular cleans
How many hours will my house need?
A rule of thumb: two bedrooms and one bathroom, three hours fortnightly or two and a half weekly; three bedrooms and two bathrooms, three hours weekly or four fortnightly; four bedrooms, four hours weekly. The quote builder on the prices page does the sum, and the first clean confirms it.
Do I need to be in?
No, and most people are not. Keys are held in a coded safe at the base, labelled with a number and never an address, or you leave a key safe at the house. The first clean is the one we ask you to be in for.
