One-off and deep cleans
A single visit, usually two cleaners, to get a house back to where a regular clean can keep it: inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale, grout, skirting boards, light fittings. £24 an hour per cleaner, four-hour minimum, with the oven as an add-on.
A deep clean is for the house that has got away from you, the one you have just bought, the one the builders have left, or the one that is about to have twenty people in it on Saturday. Two cleaners, a long morning, and the jobs a regular clean never has time for.
Everything in a regular clean, plus: inside the kitchen cupboards and drawers, the fridge and freezer emptied and cleaned, behind and under the appliances that move, limescale off every tap and shower screen, grout scrubbed, extractor filters degreased, skirting boards and door frames washed, light fittings and lampshades dusted, radiators behind and between, windows inside, and the tops of wardrobes and kitchen units. After builders we add the dust that gets into everything and the paint on the glass.
We quote by the hour because houses vary, and we tell you the estimate before we start and ring if it is going to run over. Most three-bedroom houses are two cleaners for five hours. A deep clean is also how we start a regular arrangement in a house that needs a reset first; after it, the regular hours are lower.

What it costs
£24 an hour per cleaner, four-hour minimum. A three-bedroom deep clean is usually two cleaners for five hours. Oven £55 to £95 on top. Prices include VAT. The prices page has every rate and extra, and a quote builder that works out your home.
Questions about deep cleans
How long will a deep clean take?
A two-bedroom flat, two cleaners for four hours. A three-bedroom house, five hours. A four-bedroom house that has not had a clean in a while, a full day. We estimate from a few photographs and confirm on the morning.
Can you clean after builders?
Yes, once they have actually finished. Plaster dust takes two passes and gets into the back of every drawer; we allow for it in the estimate and we will not start while the sanding is still going on.
