The bit after discharge: £55 first session, then £45, eight for £320

Post-physio rehab training

Discharged by your physio with a sheet of exercises and not sure how to keep going? We pick up where they left off: their notes, your goals, and a plan through Load, Build and Return, one to one in the studio, with a short update back to them every four weeks.

Most physio services, NHS and private, can only see you for a handful of appointments. They get the injury settled and give you the right exercises, but the months of progressive loading that rebuild strength and confidence often happen on your own, or not at all. That gap is what we fill.

The first session is an hour. We read your physio's discharge notes or letter (bring it, or we ask for it with your consent), take a history, and run simple movement tests to see where you are today. Then we agree a plan: which stage you start at, what the next four weeks look like, and the tests that will move you on. If anything in the history worries us, or the notes are missing for a recent injury, we send you back to the physio or your GP first.

Sessions are forty-five minutes, one to one, in a quiet studio with no audience. Every four weeks, with your consent, your physio gets a short update: what we did, how you responded, and what we plan next. If symptoms change, for better or worse, we tell them sooner. Most people come once or twice a week for eight to sixteen weeks.

What it includes

  • An hour-long first session reading your physio's notes
  • A staged plan: Load, Build, Return
  • Tests at the end of each stage
  • Forty-five-minute one-to-one sessions
  • A four-weekly update to your physio, with consent
  • Referral back if symptoms change

What it costs

£55 for the first session of an hour, then £45 for 45 minutes, or eight for £320. Weekdays from 7am, Saturday mornings. The stage checker gives a rough idea where you would start; the first session confirms it.

Questions about after physio

Do I need a referral?

No, but we need to know a physio, GP or surgeon has assessed the injury. If nobody has, we will ask you to see someone first, and the referrals page lists practices we work with.

Can I claim on insurance?

Some health insurers cover rehab training when a physio refers you; check your policy. We provide itemised receipts and session notes for claims.

After the physio, the long middle. We do that bit.

Book a first session: an hour, £55, with your physio's or GP's notes, simple tests, your stage and a written plan. If nobody has assessed the injury yet, we will tell you who can, and the referrals page lists practices we work with.
