Getting here

On foot

9 Nolton Street is a five-minute walk from the town centre, at the Nolton church end of the street, the teal shopfront between the barber's and the café.

By train

Bridgend station is ten minutes' walk: out of the main entrance, down to the town centre, and up Nolton Street past the church.

By bus

The bus station is eight minutes' walk through the town centre. Most local and valley routes stop there.

Parking

Short-stay on-street bays outside (an hour). The Brackla Street multi-storey is four minutes' walk and the best bet on market days.

Access

Step-free entry, a wide door, a ground-floor studio, an accessible toilet and a chair by every station. Ring ahead if you use crutches or a wheelchair so we can clear the route.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes, trainers, water, and any letters or notes from your physio, GP or surgeon. If you have a brace or support, bring that too.

Running late or lost? Ring 01656 496 0107 or text 07700 900107.

After the physio, the long middle. We do that bit.

Book a first session: an hour, £55, with your physio's or GP's notes, simple tests, your stage and a written plan. If nobody has assessed the injury yet, we will tell you who can, and the referrals page lists practices we work with.
