Reconstruction in January, discharged by the hospital physio in April with a sheet. Owain took it from there: strength, hopping, the testing every month sent to my physio. Back playing in October because the numbers said so, not because I was bored.

Six of a hundred and sixty-four.
Two years of a bad back and a GP who said keep moving. I did not know how. Starting with a broom handle and a box felt daft; eighteen weeks later I deadlifted more than I weigh and dug the whole allotment.
Sixty-three, rotator cuff, could not reach the top cupboard. Ffion was patient and precise and never let me skip the boring band work. I can hang the washing out again and swim a length of front crawl.
Achilles trouble every spring for three years. Turns out my calves were weak, who knew. The Saturday return-to-run group got me back without the fear, and I have done the whole year injury-free.
Six sessions before my knee replacement and I am sure they helped, getting out of the chair at home was much easier than I feared. Four stars only because Nolton Street parking is a pain on a market day; use the multi-storey.
My physio recommended them when my sessions ran out. What I liked was they actually wrote to her, so it felt like one plan, not two people guessing. I knew which stage I was in the whole way.
Reviews are collected by an independent platform after a client finishes. We do not offer anything for them and we publish the four-star ones. About parking: the Brackla Street multi-storey is four minutes away and is always the answer on market days.
After the physio, the long middle. We do that bit.
Book a first session: an hour, £55, with your physio's or GP's notes, simple tests, your stage and a written plan. If nobody has assessed the injury yet, we will tell you who can, and the referrals page lists practices we work with.
