9 Gelliwastad Road, Pontypridd, the stone terrace with the teal door two minutes up from the Muni Arts Centre. Brass plaque by the door; ring the bell and come in.
Parking
Gelliwastad Road car park is a hundred metres away, pay and display, free after 6pm. Two hours on-street outside the clinic with a disc. Blue badge holders can park outside by arrangement.
Train and bus
Pontypridd station is an eight-minute walk down through town; the bus station five. The clinic is on most of the valley bus routes into Pontypridd.
Access
Step-free from the pavement into reception and the ground-floor treatment room, which is where we see anyone who cannot manage stairs. Accessible toilet. The second treatment room is up one flight.
Insurance
Recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Simplyhealth. Bring your policy number and any authorisation; you pay us and claim back, or we invoice the insurer directly where they allow it.
Chaperones and children
A chaperone is available for any examination or treatment; ask at reception or on the form. Children are welcome in the treatment room with you; under-16 patients must have a parent present.
