A week of proper dinners in your fridge

Weekly meal prep

Tomos comes to your kitchen for an afternoon and leaves five dinners for your household, labelled, in your fridge or freezer. A good thing to give after a new baby or an operation.

Busy weeks should not mean toast. Nor should the first month with a new baby, or the fortnight after a hip replacement.

Tomos arrives on a set day each week, usually Monday or Tuesday, and spends about three hours in your kitchen. He cooks five different dinners, portions them for your household, labels them with the date and reheating times, and clears up.

We use your containers or bring glass ones. Every dinner keeps for up to three days in the fridge, or we freeze what you will not eat by Wednesday. Menus are agreed by email the week before, around what your household eats, and any allergies or medical diets your doctor or dietitian has told you about.

It can run for one week as a gift, or every week for as long as you like. A gift voucher for a week of dinners is one of our most popular things. We are not dietitians, and if you have a medical diet we will follow what your dietitian gave you, but will not write it for you.
