A lesson in your own kitchen
Cookery at home
Learn pasta, bread, knife skills, or a dinner party menu, in your own kitchen with your own oven, because that is where you will be cooking it. Then you eat it.

Cookery schools have better ovens than you do. So we come to yours, and you learn what it can actually do.
Most lessons take about three hours and end with sitting down to eat what you made. The favourites are fresh pasta, a Welsh Sunday lunch without panic, knife skills, bread and a dinner party for six you can do in advance.
Beca will teach you to sharpen the knives you have got rather than selling you new ones, and she will tell you which of your pans are worth keeping. You will get the recipes written up for your own kitchen, with your own oven's quirks noted.
It makes a very good present, especially for someone who says they cannot cook, or for a teenager about to go away to university. Under-eighteens need an adult in the room, and we are DBS-checked.

Questions about cookery at home
Are we too hopeless?
No. The less you can cook, the more you will get out of it.
Can it be a group?
Up to six, depending on your kitchen. A hen party has been done with pasta.
You have the table. We will bring the dinner.
Your guests, your courses and a style: the menu, the cost and when we arrive. Then Beca rings to write the real one with you.
