Number 7 Plymouth Road, halfway between Penarth station and Stanwell Road. A small brass plate by the bell and nothing else, so nobody walking past knows why you are there.

Getting here
The blue door
Number 7 is the red-brick house with the stone bay and the dusk-blue door, halfway along Plymouth Road between the station and Stanwell Road. A small brass plate by the bell, and nothing else to say what we are.
By train
Penarth station is a six-minute walk: out of the main entrance, left along Plymouth Road, and we are on the right after the second turning. Dingle Road station is eight minutes the other way.
By bus
The 92, 93 and 94 from Cardiff stop on Stanwell Road, four minutes away. Get off at the Plymouth Road stop and walk towards the station.
Parking
Free on-street parking on Plymouth Road and the side streets, usually easy before 3pm and after 6pm. The pay-and-display by Penarth station is three minutes away if the street is full.
Access
The counselling room is on the ground floor. There is one step at the front door; the side gate has level access, so ring ahead and we will open it. There is a downstairs toilet but it is not wheelchair-accessible; tell us and we can see you online or arrange a nearby room.
Coming and going privately
The waiting room has its own door, and sessions are spaced so you do not meet the next person on the way out. If you would rather not wait at all, text from outside and we will open the door when the room is ready.
Lost, or running late? Text 07700 900850 and we will hold the room; ring 029 2018 0850 on weekdays from 9 to 5.
Start with a free 20-minute call.
Talk to the counsellor you would see before anything is booked or paid for. Ask anything, including whether we are the right people. The diary shows the next free call; pick it, or ring and leave a message and we reply within a working day.
