Beans
Six coffees, dated.
Everything we roast, by the bag, with the farm, the process, the roast date and what we paid on the label. Ground to your brewer for nothing. Bags older than a month come off the shelf and go into the batch brewer.

On the back of the bag
Four recipes, four brewers.
Cafetière
60g per litre, coarse, water just off the boil. Four minutes, break the crust, skim, plunge gently. Pour it all out; it keeps brewing in the pot.
Pour-over
15g to 250ml, medium-fine, 94 degrees. Bloom with 50ml for thirty seconds, then two pours. Three minutes total. Sour means grind finer; bitter means coarser.
AeroPress
15g, fine, 200ml at 90 degrees, stir, steep ninety seconds, press for thirty. Top up with hot water to taste. The most forgiving brewer there is.
Espresso
18g in, 36g out, 28 to 32 seconds, with Groundwork rested at least seven days. Your grinder matters more than your machine; come to the course if it is fighting you.
Come in, or have it delivered.
Open from half seven on weekdays, roasting in the window on Tuesdays, cupping on Saturdays at ten. Beans by the bag in the café or on a fortnightly subscription; wholesale from £24 a kilo with the price list online.
