Cerys drew our garden on the back of her notebook at the first visit and that sketch is more or less what we have now, five weeks later. The patio drains, the lawn is flat, the borders looked like a garden by July. Worth every penny.

Our garden was brambles and broken slabs. Huw and Rhys cleared it, fenced it and built the patio in a fortnight, and Cerys planted it for the wind, which everyone else had ignored. Nothing has died.
Asked for a quote to replace my lawn. Rhys looked at it and said it needed scarifying and overseeding, not replacing, and did it for a third of the price. By May I had a lawn again.
The slatted fence has been through two winters of gales off the sea without a wobble. The deck does not bounce, which I now know is unusual. The bench with planters was Cerys's idea and is where we sit.
Beautiful planting and a lovely lawn. Four stars because the start date slipped by three weeks in spring, which they warned us might happen and kept us informed about, but it was still three weeks.
Rhys has looked after my garden fortnightly for three years. He prunes the right things at the right time and tells me what he has done and why. The garden has never looked better and I do none of it.
About the four stars
Spring dates slip. We say so, and it still costs a star.
Sian and Gareth's start date moved by three weeks in April. It moved because the garden before theirs hit rock where the plan said clay, and because every garden in the Vale wants building in April. We rang them each week and we were still three weeks late. The fix is honest dates, which is why ours now come with a range rather than a day. The review stays up because it is true.
