Valid for twelve months. The person rings or books online with the code; they can change the massage at the same price.
Questions about vouchers
Can the person change the massage?
Yes, to any massage at the same length, or to a longer one by paying the difference. The voucher is for the time and the place, not a strict treatment.
What if it expires?
Vouchers are valid for twelve months. If one has just run out, ring us; we would rather honour it in the first month after than lose a client.
Can I buy a voucher for an amount instead?
Yes, any amount from £30, printed as a value rather than a massage. Ask on the phone or in the form.
Is the code on the preview real?
No. It is a sample made from what you typed so you can see the layout. The real code is issued when the voucher is paid for.
