Questions about the menu

Is the ten minutes of questions part of my hour?

No. A sixty-minute massage is sixty minutes on the table; the questions before and the tea after are extra and free. Come ten minutes early for them.

When should I not have a massage?

With a fever or an infection, a recent operation, a blood clot or a suspected one, or an injury that is still hot and swollen. Some heart conditions and medicines need a lighter massage or your GP's view first. We ask on the day.

How do I pay?

By card or cash after the massage. Vouchers are paid when you buy them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free with 24 hours' notice; less than that, half the price, because an hour is hard to refill at short notice. Illness on the day is always free.

The next free time is on this website.

Sixty minutes from £58, ninety from £82, Monday to Saturday and until nine on Thursdays. Pick an hour on the book page up to two hours ahead, or build a gift voucher and we post it the same day.
