Whole wings, fried crisp, dusted or glazed: mild, hot, xtra or the honey-chilli
Wings
Wings from the same birds, brined and fried crisp, then dusted at your spice level or tossed in one of four glazes: honey-chilli, garlic parmesan, smoky barbecue or the xtra. Six, ten or twenty.

Wings are cut from the same Llandeilo birds as everything else, split at the joint, brined overnight and fried without a coating so the skin goes glassy. Then they are dusted at your spice level or tossed in a glaze in a steel bowl at the pass.
Glazes: honey-chilli (sweet, medium hot, the best seller), garlic parmesan (no heat), smoky barbecue, or the xtra glaze, which is the habanero and honey that goes on the xtra chicken. Six for a side, ten for a meal, twenty for a table. Dips 80p: blue cheese, ranch, garlic mayo or sriracha mayo.
Tuesday is wing day for students: ten wings and a dip for £6 with a card. Wings are gluten-free in the recipe (no coating), but they share the fryer with the coated chicken, so we cannot promise there are no traces.
