A thigh fillet burger in a toasted brioche bun with slaw and pickles, the double stacker, a hash brown and cheese burger, and the tender wrap with lettuce, tomato and sriracha mayo, each at mild, hot or xtra.

The method
Whole free-range birds from one farm near Llandeilo, jointed here each morning, brined for twenty-four hours in buttermilk with salt, garlic and a splash of hot sauce. When your order prints, every piece is dredged twice by hand in our seasoned flour and fried for twelve minutes in rapeseed oil. The spice goes on after, as a dust, so the crunch stays.
How we work
Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Pieces go in the fryer when the ticket prints and come out twelve minutes later, which is why the crunch is still there on Stepney Street and at your door.
Free-range birds from one farm in the Towy valley, jointed here: breast, thigh, drumstick and wing. You get mixed pieces unless you ask for all thigh, which costs 40p a piece more.
Codes on every line of the menu. The coating contains gluten, milk and mustard; the fryers use rapeseed oil. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so tell us and we take care, but we cannot promise no traces.
A £6 student deal every day from Monday to Thursday with a college or university card. The deals page says which one today.

Whole thigh, not a reformed patty, crisp to the edges, slaw that tastes made that morning. At hot it has a proper warmth without hurting.
Properly hot: a habanero dust and a chilli-honey glaze. Hot is a warm cayenne; mild has no chilli at all. We ask once if you are sure about xtra.
