All three rooms at once, 12 to 18 people, from £28 a head, weekday mornings
Team building
Up to eighteen people across all three rooms at the same time, a briefing, a debrief with the footage and the scores, and the lounge for coffee and pastries before or a drink after. Weekday mornings are kept for companies. Ten minutes from Central Station; an invoice on account.

An escape room is a good team exercise because nobody can carry the whole thing: the person who sees the pattern is rarely the person who finds the key, and the person who reads the ledger needs someone to listen. We put three teams in the three rooms at once, start the clocks together, and the game masters keep notes on who asked for what and when.
The debrief is where the value is. After the games we bring everyone into the lounge with coffee, put the three teams' times on the board, and play two minutes of the footage from each room, chosen to show a moment when the team worked and a moment when it did not. The game masters say what they saw; it is gentle, funny and more useful than a workshop with flip charts.
Weekday mornings are kept for companies: arrive at 9:30, play at 10:00, debrief at 11:15, done by 12. We have run sessions for the council, two law firms on Park Place, a bank, the university and a lot of start-ups from the Tramshed. An invoice on account, VAT receipts, and a certificate for the winning team if you want one.

Questions about team building
What if we are more than eighteen?
We run two rounds, with the second group in the lounge for the first hour; up to thirty-six in a morning. Ring and we will plan it.
Can you mix up the teams?
Yes, and we recommend it: send us the names and we will split departments so people play with someone they do not usually work with.
Sixty minutes. Pick a slot.
