Questions about the leaderboard

How is the time counted?

From the moment the door closes to the moment the last player is out, by the clock on the game master's screen. Each clue after the first three adds a minute, so two teams with the same clock time can be in different places on the board.

Can we choose our team name?

Yes, at the briefing. Anything you would say in front of your grandmother; the game master has the final word.

Does the board ever reset?

No. It is the all-time top ten since each room opened. If a room is rebuilt we start a new board and keep the old one in the lobby.

We escaped but are not on it. Why?

Only the top ten in each room are shown. Every escape gets a photograph with the time, emailed that evening, and your time is kept in case you beat it.
