Took a dying camellia leaf in a sandwich bag to Eirlys. She looked at it for ten seconds, asked what compost I had used, and sold me a £6.50 bag of ericaceous rather than the new plant I had gone in for. It flowered this March.
Reviews
What people say.
Six reviews, one for each part of the place, including the four-star one about the path.

Six of them, one with four stars.
Sample reviews on a demonstration site. Surnames left off at the reviewers' request.
Measured two raised beds, put the numbers in on my phone in the car park, and it said a bulk bag was £16 cheaper than the bags. Gethin delivered it on the Thursday and it filled both with a barrow left over.
We go for the leek and potato soup and come home with another fern. The bara brith is the proper kind. The dog is fussed over more than I am.
Reserved a seven-foot Nordmann in October. It was waiting with my name on it, and they cut the base and tied it on the roof while I had a mince pie. It still had its needles on Twelfth Night.
Beautiful glazed pots and they let me take one home to try against the door. Four stars only because the barn is hard going with a pushchair when it has rained, and the path by the bark bays needs some gravel.
Forty beech whips and six bags delivered up a very steep street in Abertridwr. He carried all of it round to the back, lent me a planting spade, and picked it up the following week.
About the four stars
Ffion is right about the path.
The path past the bark bays is on the low side of the yard and takes the run-off in wet weather. It has been regravelled twice and does not hold. Until the drain goes in this winter, ask at the till and Gethin will bring your pot round to the car, or lend you one of the wide-wheeled trolleys, which manage a pushchair's worth of mud better than a pushchair does.
Been up the hill? Tell the next person.
Good or not, it helps. And if something died in its first year, bring the label back.
