Athletic development delivered at your club or school, from £60 a session

Club coaches and PE departments rarely have time to teach sprinting, landing and lifting properly. We bring the coaches and the equipment and leave your staff with the warm-ups and the plan.

A contract starts with a meeting with the head coach or head of PE: the squad, the season, the facilities and what you want. We then deliver a weekly session at your ground or sports hall, and share each session plan so your coaches can run the warm-ups on other days.

Contracts include a movement screen at the start, a retest at the end and a short report for the club or school. We work to the school's or club's safeguarding policy as well as our own; a member of your staff stays present throughout.

Current contracts include rugby and football junior sections, two comprehensive school netball and hockey programmes and an athletics club's sprint group, all across Neath Port Talbot (named generically on this demonstration site).

What is included

  • A planning meeting with your head coach or head of PE
  • Weekly sessions at your venue, two coaches
  • Session plans shared with your staff
  • Movement screen and retest, with a report
  • Working to your safeguarding policy as well as ours

What it costs

From £60 for a sixty-minute session for up to twenty athletes, with two coaches. Termly contracts invoiced monthly. The programme finder shows the right group for an age and sport, and our safeguarding page explains how we keep young athletes safe.

Questions about clubs and schools

Do you bring equipment?

Yes: dowels, mini hurdles, cones, bands and timing gates. You provide the space.

Must a member of our staff be present?

Yes, always. It is part of our safeguarding policy and yours.

Can you work with a single team?

Yes. Many contracts start with one age group.

Book a free taster session.

A parent or carer books, tells us the athlete's age, sport and any health needs, and Owen or Ffion replies within a working day with a taster in the right group. Under-13s have a parent on site for the first session.
