Questions about programmes

Why group by age?

Because coordination, strength and safeguarding needs change a lot between eleven and eighteen. Within a band, the coach still sets each athlete's level, and a late or early developer can move band with a parent's agreement.

Can my child join mid-term?

Yes, if the group has a space; you pay for the weeks left.

What if the group is full?

Join the waiting list. Spaces usually open at half term, and we tell you the day one does.

Is anything stored when I use the finder?

No. The age and sport are in the page address and nowhere else.

Book a free taster session.

A parent or carer books, tells us the athlete's age, sport and any health needs, and Owen or Ffion replies within a working day with a taster in the right group. Under-13s have a parent on site for the first session.
