The team
Seren looks after the lashes and Priya the brows. There are only two rooms, so you are never one of four in a row.
Owner and lash technician
Seren spent eight years on a make-up counter in St David's, watching people pile on mascara, before she trained in lash lifts and extensions. She opened on Wyndham Crescent in 2017, in a single room with a borrowed couch. She looks after the lashes and the diary, and she is the reason a patch test is not optional here.
Brow specialist
Priya learned to thread from her aunt in Leicester at fourteen, and worked in a threading bar in Cardiff city centre for twelve years. She came to Lift & Tint in 2020 for the chance to spend longer on each one. She is very honest about what your brows are going to do next.
The paperwork
Ask what they use, and ask to see the tin: tints for brows and lashes, never hair dye. Ask whether they are insured, for the treatment you want. Ask if they will patch test you, and be wary if they say it does not matter.

Ten minutes, any time we are open, at least 48 hours before your first treatment. Then we know that your skin is fine, and you know what the studio is like.
