Lash extensions
Fine extensions placed one at a time on your own lashes, in classic or light volume, in lengths your lashes can carry. Infills every two to three weeks.
Full classic set £70, light volume £85.

Brow lamination
A perm for your brows: hairs set in an upward, brushed direction, then tinted and shaped if you like. It makes the most of what you have got.

Brow and lash tint
A quick tint with products made for use near the eye, mixed to suit your hair and skin, for brows or lashes. It is the easiest treatment we do.

Threading
Brows and upper lip shaped with a twist of cotton: precise and quick, with no chemicals or wax, and suitable for skin that hates both.

Patch tests
A dab of the products behind your ear, at least 48 hours before your first tint, lift, lamination or extensions. It is free and it is not optional.

When to rebook
Do not wait until they have grown out.
A lift is good for six to eight weeks, and an infill for two to three. Give us your treatment and the date of your last visit, and we will give you the window, and tell you whether you are in it.
It works the other way too: give it the date of your first appointment, and it tells you the last day for your patch test.

We say no sometimes
Conjunctivitis, a stye, a recent eye operation, or a patch test that flared: we will rebook you, and we will not charge you for it. An eye is not worth the £45.
Dates you can plan by
A lift lasts six to eight weeks, an infill two to three. The rebook tool gives you the dates from your last appointment so you do not leave it until it is grown out.
Your lashes, but better
A lift works on what you have; extensions go on one at a time and in proportion. If you want something that will damage your own lashes, we will tell you.
Clean and insured
Tools sterilised between clients, new pads and wands each time, trained and insured for every treatment we offer, with the certificates on the wall.

Questions before a first visit
Do I really need a patch test?
Yes, for any first tint, lift, lamination or extensions, at least 48 hours before. It is free and takes ten minutes. Use the date tool to work out when.
How long does a lash lift last?
Six to eight weeks, which is how long your lashes take to grow out. Do not repeat it sooner.
When do I need an infill?
Every two to three weeks. Past four weeks, you will probably need a new set. The rebook tool gives you dates from your last visit.
Can I wear mascara with a lift?
After 24 hours, yes, but most people find they do not need it. Keep waterproof mascara off lifted lashes, as you need oil to remove it.
Do you do injectables or skin treatments?
No. We do lashes and brows, and nothing else.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before. After that, half the price, unless your patch test flared or your eye is sore, in which case there is no charge at all.
