Prescriptions

Order a prescription.

List your repeat items, say collect or deliver, and that is it. We request it from your GP the same day, chase it if it does not come back, dispense and check it, and text you when it is ready: two working days, sooner if it is urgent. NHS prescriptions are free in Wales.

Repeat prescription order

With the name, this finds your record. Delivery goes to the address on it.

One per line, as they appear on your repeat slip or the last bag. "All my usual items" is fine too. Tell us if anything is urgent or if a dose has changed.

A text when it is ready, usually within two working days. Your details are used only to dispense and deliver: see our privacy policy.

The request goes to your GP electronically the same day. If it has not come back in a working day we chase it and tell you what they said.
