Smash burgers from Welsh beef, chicken fillet burgers, and the grill burger off the coals
Burgers
Double smash burgers from Welsh beef minced by a butcher in Aberdare, a buttermilk chicken fillet burger, and the grill burger (a kofte patty off the charcoal in a toasted bun). With chips in a box.

Burgers are not why people come to a charcoal grill, but somebody in every group wants one, so they are done properly: Welsh beef chuck minced daily by the butcher on Commercial Street, two thin patties smashed on the plancha until the edges crisp, American cheese, pickles, onions and our burger sauce in a toasted brioche bun.
The chicken fillet burger is thigh fillet in buttermilk and spiced flour, fried to order. The grill burger is the one that belongs here: a flat adana kofte patty off the charcoal, in a toasted bun with tomato, onion and sumac and garlic yoghurt.
Every burger comes as it is or with chips in a box for £2 more. Buns contain gluten, milk, egg and sesame; the codes are on the menu.

Questions about burgers
Can I have it pink?
No: smash burgers are thin and cooked through, which is how they get the crust.
Gluten-free bun?
We do not have one; have the grill burger as a box with rice and salad instead.
Build it, see the price, then ring.
