What we collect

When you use the order form we collect your name, mobile number, email address and postcode, what you are asking for and how you would like it, a date if you give one, and what you write. The form also records the time it was sent and your IP address, used only to block automated submissions. The builder and the delivery estimate send your choices in the address of the page and store nothing. The shop has CCTV inside and at the door for safety late at night; footage is kept for thirty days unless the police ask for it. Orders taken by phone are written on the order pad with your name, number and, for a delivery, your address.

Why we use it

To make, pack, hold or deliver the order and to ring you about it (our contract with you).
To keep accounting records (a legal obligation).
To answer a question or a complaint, including one about allergens (our legitimate interest and yours).

We do not send marketing unless you have asked to hear about the deals, which you can stop at any time by replying or telling us. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who sees it

Mehmet, Deniz and the drivers (for a delivery, your name, address and phone number only). Our card terminal provider, for payments. Our website host, for the form. Our accountant, for the accounts. None of them may use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

Order tickets, including any allergy you told us about, are kept for a month, then shredded. Accounting records are kept for six years because the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing orders@anatolia-grill.co.uk or asking at the counter. We answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The website sets one cookie, a session identifier, only when you send the form, so that we can stop the same browser sending it twice in thirty seconds. It holds nothing about you and expires when you close the browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the Find us page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
