Will you buy my car if I do not buy one of yours?
Yes. About a third of the cars we buy come from people who are not buying from us. The valuation is the same either way.
I still have finance on it. Can you take it?
Yes. Tell us the finance company and we get a settlement figure, pay it off directly and transfer the balance to you. If the settlement is more than the car is worth, we tell you the shortfall before anything is signed.
Do I need an MOT or service history?
No, but both affect the figure. A car with no MOT is still worth something; a car with a full history is worth more. Tell us and we price accordingly.
How quickly is the money in my account?
Faster Payments, so usually within minutes of signing, always the same day. We do not do cheques or "cleared in five working days".
