What we do

Six areas, three physios.

Each area has a lead physiotherapist, a typical course length and a finish line. Every one starts with the same forty-five-minute assessment and ends in the clinic gym.

The six areas

01

Back and neck pain

The most common thing through the door: a back that went, a neck that will not turn, sciatica down one leg. Assessed in forty-five minutes, treated hands-on, and strengthened so it stays better.

Initial assessment £68, follow-ups £52.

02

Sports injuries

Hamstrings, knees, Achilles, shoulders, ankles. Diagnosed properly, treated hands-on, and rehabilitated with a loading plan and a return-to-sport date rather than rest and hope.

Initial assessment £68, follow-ups £52.

03

Post-surgery rehabilitation

Getting you moving properly after a joint replacement, a ligament reconstruction, a shoulder repair or spinal surgery, to your surgeon's protocol and at your pace, in a clinic gym built for it.

Initial assessment £68, follow-ups £52, six together £288.

04

Shoulder, elbow and hand

Shoulders that will not lift, cuffs that have torn, elbows that hurt to grip and wrists and hands after fractures. Diagnosed with the right tests, treated hands-on, and strengthened in the right order.

Initial assessment £68, follow-ups £52.

05

Pelvic health and pregnancy

Pelvic girdle pain and back pain in pregnancy, the postnatal check and return to exercise, pelvic floor rehabilitation for leaking and prolapse, and the abdominal separation nobody talks about. With Jane, in a private room.

Initial assessment £68, follow-ups £52.

06

Older adults and balance

Arthritic hips and knees, balance that has gone, confidence lost after a fall, and the strength to keep doing the garden and the stairs. Gentle, measured, with a weekday morning group and a concession fee.

Initial assessment £68, concession follow-ups £46 for over 65s.

A typical course

What four to eight sessions look like.

Session one

Forty-five minutes. History, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, two or three exercises, and the plan written down with a goal and a review date.

Sessions two to four

Weekly. Hands-on treatment to settle things and the start of loading. The review at session four checks your scores against the start.

Sessions five to eight

Fortnightly, mostly in the gym. Strength, control and the specific thing you want back: the run, the lift, the stairs, the garden.

Discharge

When the goal is met. A home programme, a letter to your GP or surgeon if you want one, and a class to carry on with if you want that.
