Most hair that looks damaged is thirsty, not broken. Most hair that is broken was lightened too far. We can tell which in about ten seconds and treat accordingly.
Bond-repair treatments rebuild the broken links inside lightened or heat-damaged hair and are included in every colour service; on their own they are the best thing after a summer of sun and sea. Hydration masks are for dry, coarse or curly hair that needs weight and shine. Scalp treatments exfoliate and calm an itchy, flaky or oily scalp, which is where most hair problems actually start.
The smoothing treatment is a keratin-based service that reduces frizz and halves blow-dry time for three to four months without straightening the hair flat or stopping you going curly. It takes about two hours and is the best-value service in the salon for anyone who fights their hair every morning.

Questions about treatments
Will the smoothing treatment make my hair straight?
No. It reduces frizz and makes the hair easier to smooth with a dryer; it does not chemically straighten. You can still wear it wavy or curly.
