The price on the wall is the price.
Every service by stylist level, VAT included. Toner and treatment are included in colour where it says so. Anything extra is agreed with you before it goes on your hair.
The four levels
Who you book decides what you pay.
Graduate
Qualified and supervised. Trims, simple colour and blow-dries at the best price in the salon.
Stylist
Three years or more on the floor. Most cuts and colour.
Senior
Seven years or more. Restyles, difficult hair, bridal and extensions.
Director
Elena and Marco. Big changes, corrections, and anyone who has been let down before.

Long or very thick hair may need extra colour and time; we say so at the consultation, never at the till. Children under twelve are a graduate price with any stylist.
Nothing added at the till
Toner, treatment and the finish are included where the list says. Anything else is agreed in the chair before it goes on.
Consultations are free
Fifteen minutes with the stylist you will have, plus the skin test. No charge, no obligation, no pressure.
Fringe trims are free
Between cuts, for clients, with any stylist who is free. Just walk in.
Late cancellations
24 hours\' notice please. Less than that and we ask for half the service price, because the chair sat empty.
