01 · Services

Six things we do properly.

All services

01

Cuts and styling

Precision cutting for every length and texture, from a trim that keeps a shape to a full restyle, with a consultation first and a finish you can recreate at home.

Cut and finish from £38 with a graduate to £85 with the director.

02

Colour

Permanent, demi-permanent and semi-permanent colour formulated for your hair, from root retouches and full-head colour to glosses and grey blending, with a toner and a treatment built in.

Root retouch from £52, full-head colour from £68, gloss or toner from £34, all including a treatment.

03

Balayage and lightening

Hand-painted balayage, foil highlights, babylights and full lightening, done over as many sessions as your hair needs to stay hair, with a bond builder in every mix and a toner on every finish.

Balayage from £120 with a graduate to £215 with the director, including toner and treatment.

04

Treatments

In-salon treatments for damaged, dry or frizzy hair and tired scalps: bond repair, deep hydration, scalp detox and a smoothing treatment that takes the fight out of a blow-dry for months.

Bond-repair and hydration treatments £28 added to any service or £42 on their own with a blow-dry.

05

Occasion and bridal

Bridal and occasion hair in the salon or at your venue, from a soft blow-dry to a full updo, with a trial first so the morning holds no surprises and a stylist who stays until the veil is in.

Occasion styling from £48 in the salon.

06

Extensions

Tape-in, nano ring and weft extensions in ethically sourced human hair, colour-matched to yours, fitted so they are invisible and maintained so your own hair is in better condition when they come out than when they went in.

From £380 for a half head of tape-ins to £950 for a full head of nano rings, hair included.

02 · Price list

Four levels. The price of each on the wall.

Graduate, stylist, senior and director. All four are qualified; the difference is years and speed of judgement, and the price reflects it honestly. A cut is £38 with a graduate and £85 with Elena, and you choose which before you book.

  • Graduate. Qualified and supervised. Trims, simple colour and blow-dries at the best price in the salon.
  • Stylist. Three years or more on the floor. Most cuts and colour.
  • Senior. Seven years or more. Restyles, difficult hair, bridal and extensions.
  • Director. Elena and Marco. Big changes, corrections, and anyone who has been let down before.

03 · How we work

Four things you can expect every time.

Cut to your hair, not a photo

A reference picture is a starting point. We cut for your hair's texture, your growth pattern and how much time you want to spend on it in the morning.

The price on the wall is the price

Every service is listed by level. Toner, treatment and a blow-dry are included where we say they are, and anything extra is agreed before it goes on.

Colour that lasts to the next visit

We formulate for your hair's condition, seal it with a treatment and send you home with the right aftercare. Fading in three weeks is a formulation problem, not a shampoo problem.

On time, or we tell you

Appointments are booked for the time they take. If we are running more than ten minutes late you get a text before you leave the house.

Lightening

Marco took me from a box-dye brown to platinum over two visits and my hair is in better condition than before I started. He said no to doing it in one go and he was right. The bob Elena cut afterwards gets comments every week.

Cut

The consultation is the thing. Nobody has ever asked me what I do with my hair on a Tuesday morning before. The cut I got is the first one I can actually recreate at home.

Bridal

Trial in May, wedding in July, six heads done at the venue from 6am and Elena did not leave until the veil was in. The timings sheet she sent was better than the planner's.

Questions people ask before they book

How much is a cut?

From £38 with a graduate to £85 with the director, including a consultation, a backwash and a finish. Men's cuts from £24. Every price is on the price list page by level, so you can choose before you book.

Do I need to book?

Yes for colour, bridal and extensions; cuts can sometimes be walk-ins on weekdays but booking is safer. Book online, ring, or message us on Instagram.

What if I do not like it?

Tell us before you leave and we will adjust it there and then. If you get home and change your mind, ring within seven days and we will put it right for nothing. This has happened four times in nine years.

Do you do a skin test?

48 hours before any new colour, without exception. Pop in for two minutes on the way past or book it with the consultation.

Can I bring a photo?

Please do. It tells us the tone and the shape you like. Then we talk about whether your hair, your face and your mornings will give you the same thing, and what will.

Book a chair.

Online in two minutes, by phone, or a message on Instagram. New colour clients: book the free consultation first so we can do the skin test.
